MAT CLASSES

Mat Pilates classes use body weight and targeted exercises to strengthen and tone muscles while enhancing flexibility and posture. They focus on controlled movements, breath work, and proper alignment. Participants improve stability through various mat-based exercises, often using props like resistance bands or small balls. The supportive environment promotes a connection between body and mind, encouraging personal growth. Available in three levels to accommodate varying skills and fitness experiences.

Move Welle

Move Welle is a foundations focused class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This class is accessible to all levels and abilities and is pre and post natal friendly. The repertoire is performed on the mat with small props providing support and additonal depth.


Live Welle

Live Welle is our dynamic intermediate/advanced level mat class suited to clients who are well practiced in Pilates and seek a challenge both physically and mentally.


Age Welle

Age Welle is designed for ageing bodies, open to all ages and abilities this class focuses on balance, posture, breath and strength.
