REFORMER CLASSES

Reformer Pilates group classes at Welle provide a calm, focused setting where attention to detail and quality of movement is central. Suited to able-bodied, uninjured participants, each class emphasises precise alignment, control, and thoughtful execution. Limited to just six participants, our highly trained teachers are able to provide individual guidance, personalised feedback, and support throughout the session. A variety of class types are offered on the timetable, allowing clients to choose the level and style that best suits their goals and experience.

All of our reformer classes are 50 minutes, with a capacity of 6 clients, bookings essential.

Flow Welle

Flow Welle is a slow, restorative Reformer class designed to build a strong foundation in movement while promoting deep release and relaxation. This gentle, low-impact class blends fundamental exercises with expansive stretching, breath-led transitions, and controlled sequences to improve core strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Thoughtfully paced, it gives you time to move with intention, refine alignment, and fully connect body and mind.

Suitable for:

All levels. Prenatal friendly. Beginners. Anyone easing back into movement.


Align Welle

Align Welle is a moderate intensity Reformer class focused on precision, balance, and intelligent sequencing. Drawing from both classical and contemporary Pilates, movements are intentionally layered to refine alignment, improve coordination, and support smooth, controlled transitions. With an emphasis on posture, mobility, and muscular balance, this class encourages a strong connection between breath and purposeful movement. Align Welle supports strength and flexibility while enhancing body awareness and mental focus.

This class and is best suited to those with some Reformer experience. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend attending a few Flow Welle classes before joining.

Condition Welle

Condition Welle is a dynamic, strength-focused Reformer class designed to challenge and energise the entire body. Combining purposeful, controlled movements with dynamic sequences, isometric holds, and progressive challenges, this class develops full-body strength, stability, and endurance. Expect a satisfying burn, elevated heart rate, and a steady post-class glow powered by feel-good endorphins, leaving you feeling powerful and invigorated from head to toe.

Condition Welle explores intermediate to advanced Pilates repertoire and is best suited to those with prior Reformer experience. This class is not suitable for pregnancy.
